OUR STRATEGY
At Majesty, we believe in equipping young people in Cambodia with the skills, knowledge, and faith they need to build a brighter future. Our approach is not just about education—it’s about transformation. By combining trades-based training with business education and Christ-centered mentorship, we empower youth to break cycles of poverty, create sustainable livelihoods, and become leaders in their communities. Our strategy is built on three key pillars that ensure long-term impact and self-sufficiency.
Trades Based & Business Education
We go beyond teaching technical skills—we prepare young adults to build and manage businesses. Our approach ensures that youth not only acquire practical trade skills but also gain an understanding of financial management, customer relations, and business operations. This comprehensive education enables them to create sustainable livelihoods rather than just learning a single trade. Whether they run a business or just live lives these skills will have a long lasting impact to their future.

Through hands-on experience, trainees engage in real-world business functions at Majesty, including branding, marketing, bookkeeping, and sales. Additionally, we collaborate with like-minded NGOs and local businesses to provide exposure to different industries. These partnerships enhance skill development while allowing organizations to focus on their core missions, creating a mutually beneficial ecosystem.

This foundational training serves as the first step in launching Majesty, equipping young leaders with the skills and knowledge necessary to shape their own futures and contribute meaningfully to their communities. It empowers them to take on leadership roles within the organization, fostering a culture of growth and responsibility. By developing strong, capable leaders, this approach not only strengthens Majesty but also sets both the individuals and the organization on the best avenue for long-term success.
GroundZero is a transformative step for Majesty, solidifying our ability to provide structured, long-term training and mentorship. As our first dedicated campus, it gives us the space to expand our programs, offer in-depth hands-on learning, and ensure that Khmer youth receive comprehensive education in both trades and business. With on-site housing for Western leadership, we can deepen our mentorship approach, fostering stronger relationships and guiding young leaders in their personal and professional development. GroundZero is not just a facility—it’s the foundation for scaling our impact, ensuring sustainability, and creating a lasting legacy of empowerment.

For the community of youth, GroundZero provides stability, safety, and opportunity. Many young people in Cambodia face instability, whether due to financial struggles, lack of educational access, or unsafe living conditions. By offering dormitories and a structured learning environment, we create a space where they can focus on growth without the distractions and hardships of daily survival. The campus also includes recreational facilities, giving youth a safe and welcoming space to build relationships, gain confidence, and experience personal transformation. This setting allows them to fully engage with Majesty’s training programs, equipping them with the skills and mindset to become self-sufficient leaders in their communities.

Beyond Majesty, GroundZero strengthens the broader ecosystem of NGOs and mission-driven organizations in Cambodia. Many smaller NGOs struggle with limited space and resources, making it difficult to host programs, train staff, or expand their reach. By offering shared facilities, GroundZero increases their capacity by over 15%, enabling them to hold meetings, workshops, and collaborative efforts that directly serve their missions. This hub of education and empowerment fosters a spirit of partnership, ensuring that like-minded organizations can thrive alongside Majesty, working together to create a more sustainable future for Cambodia’s youth

ModBREW
franchise
coffee training
ModBrew is a franchise-style coffee business designed to give young Cambodians the opportunity to own and operate their own coffee businesses while receiving training and support. Rather than just teaching young people how to make coffee, ModBrew equips them with the tools and knowledge to manage a business—from handling finances to marketing, customer service, and operations. Majesty provides the structure, branding, and quality control, while young entrepreneurs take charge of running their own locations, allowing them to earn a living, build leadership skills, and gain real-world business experience in a supportive environment.

Through ModBrew, young adults receive hands-on training in every aspect of the business. They don’t just learn how to brew coffee—they gain experience in bookkeeping, branding, sales, and customer engagement. Additionally, they develop practical skills in equipment maintenance and even the rough trades involved in constructing and setting up their own mobile coffee trailers. This holistic training approach ensures that each participant is not just prepared for a job but empowered to build a sustainable career, whether they continue in the coffee industry or move on to other business ventures.

Beyond benefiting individual entrepreneurs, ModBrew strengthens Cambodia’s local economy and fosters collaboration with other businesses and NGOs. By creating a scalable, franchise-style model, ModBrew provides a sustainable way for Majesty to expand its impact while maintaining consistency in training and quality. It also serves as a hub for partnerships, connecting young business owners with mentors, suppliers, and a network of like-minded entrepreneurs. Ultimately, ModBrew is about more than coffee—it’s about creating a generation of empowered, self-sufficient leaders who can shape the future of their communities.
