How we use Our PRioritization Framework
Majesty International’s Prioritization Framework is a structured decision-making model designed to ensure that every initiative aligns with our mission, vision, and long-term impact goals in Cambodia. It establishes a tiered evaluation process, where each level builds upon the previous one, ensuring that only the most strategic, sustainable, and mission-driven programs receive priority. Each initiative is compared to our framework and evaluated for alignment.
How we use a theory of change model
By regularly revisiting this Theory of Change Model, Majesty International’s team and donors can see how each activity directly supports the mission of equipping youth and fostering community transformation. It also serves as a decision-making guide: whenever new opportunities arise, the organization can determine whether they reinforce the core criteria or divert valuable resources away from key goals. Sharing success stories aligned with each stage of the model not only celebrates milestones but also helps staff, donors, and community members understand how these efforts translate into tangible, lasting impact.
Practical, culturally adapted training in vocational skills, entrepreneurship, and spiritual growth, ensuring youth gain relevant knowledge that aligns with their community and future opportunities.
Partnerships with local churches, NGOs, and businesses create practical opportunities for hands-on experience, mentorship, and job referrals, helping youth transition into sustainable careers.
Khmer staff receive specialized training in various trades, while international volunteers provide mentorship and support, ensuring a strong foundation for skill development and leadership growth.

Partnerships with businesses and NGOs for service contracts in design, and marketing, providing youth with real-world experience, professional mentorship, and the opportunity to apply their skills in a practical setting while earning a sustainable income.
Through Bible studies, prayer gatherings, and one-on-one discipleship, youth deepen their faith while developing Christ-like character and servant leadership. These moments provide a strong spiritual foundation, guiding them to live out their faith in both their personal and professional lives.
Youth receive training in business fundamentals, including budgeting, marketing strategies, and sales, while also learning practical frameworks for starting micro-enterprises or freelance services. This equips them with the knowledge and confidence to build sustainable, independent careers.
Youth engage in hands-on training in graphic design, web design, business management, and skilled trades, gaining practical experience through apprenticeship-style learning on real-world projects. This approach ensures they develop both technical expertise and the confidence to apply their skills in professional settings.
Strong connections are formed between youth, staff, churches, and partner NGOs, creating a supportive network that fosters long-term growth, mentorship, and opportunities for continued development.
